- This test detects IgG antibodies against the canine distemper virus using the Zoetis TiterCHEK ELISA. The result is reported as positive or negative; a titer is not reported. This assay is for canine samples only. A positive result is comparable to a titer of 1:32 (or greater) by serum neutralization. Sensitivity is 88%; Specificity is 98%.
