Description
Highly sensitive and specific panel used to evaluate for viral (canine enteric coronavirus, canine parvovirus), bacterial (Campylobacter spp, Clostridium spp.. and Salmonella spp.) and protozoal (Giardia spp. and Cryptosporidum spp.) causes for the gastrointestinal signs exhibited by the patient. Results need to be interpreted in light of the clinical signs (i.e., diarrhea type), signalment, and the symptoms expected for the identified organism.
